Payment
After your purchase make sure to check your email to confirm your purchase has gone through. It is imperative that you enter your email correctly the first time so we know who the order is going to.
Please enter your correct address for where your package is going to, if we deem that the address is incorrect your package will not be sent until you further input the correct info.
Shipping
We want to ensure that every package is handled with good care, for when it shows up that you know we care about our products.
Orders will be processed up to 48 hours, if you order after 3 pm on Friday or at any time on the weekend your order will be processed on Monday at 9 pm.
Allow up to 7 to 10 business days for shipping as we have to process your order and ensure that you receive quality products to come back and continue to shop on our site.
Returns & Refunds
At this time we are not accepting returns or refunds for any of our products online.
If you wish to exchange fora different size as you feel that it does not fit properly, please do not remove any tags that are attached as well as you send it back in its original packaging. If our team members notice that it has been washed or damaged, we then reserve the right to send your order back to you. Do allow up to 6 business days for the exchange to take place.
Any special packages we release will not have the option for return or exchange as it is part of the promotion we are doing for the month.
How long each product is up
We will leave each product up for 3 months, after that they will be taken down. If they sell out, restock will happen 3 times once that takes place they will no longer be available for sale.
